Ordering & Privacy Policy

Order Status

You may check the status of your order at any time by emailing info@shop-wdc.com.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping or picking up your order. Custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restock fees.

Returns

All stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt with a 25% restocking fee. The items must be in like-new condition and in it's original packaging. Custom or special ordered products are non-returnable. For questions on returns or refunds please email info@shop-wdc.com.

Payment

The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

We will utilize numerous shipping methods to ship to our customers. Most products are shipped via Williams Distributing trucks if in our delivery area, or may utilize FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If a delivery is needed outside our delivery area, and depending on the product, we will utilize Common Carriers (LTL Freight), FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Delivery fees vary on product, location destination, and/or what service we utilize for shipping.

Shipping Speed

Deliveries made with Williams Distributing trucks are made within two business days of in-stock product of the delivery warehouse. If product is special order or needs to be transferred in from a different warehouse, this could increase the days you will receive the product. Products shipped LTL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS depends on delivery location and availability of product.

Signatures

Williams Distributing and other carriers prefer to have a signature upon delivery. However, carriers we use utilize a proof of delivery via by scan, or by photos in the event that a signature cannot be acquired. In addition, there maybe product or orders that require a signature.

Delivery Area

Williams Distributing delivers in most areas of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. LTL, FedEx, UPS, USPS can deliver throughout the US. Pricing of delivery will depend on what carrier is utilized, product, and destination.

Williams Distributing is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. When it comes to our customers’ personal information, we don’t sell, rent, or share it with any third party without your permission. Shop-wdc.com (“Site”) is owned, operated and maintained by Williams Distributing. To make sure your personal information stays private, information we collect through this Site is used only in the way and for the purpose described in this Privacy Policy.

What Information Do We Collect From Customers?

When you visit this Site, we automatically collect your Internet Service Provider’s address, the web page from which you came, and a record of what you do while on our Site. For some Site activities, like asking a question, we’ll ask you for your email address, and we’ll hang on to that so we can be sure to get back to you with what you need.
